New to devops? Read this board like an ER. Each card is a bug ("patient") a user reported by shaking their phone. It moves left to right: diagnosed, fixed, double-checked, shipped, confirmed. Every step is a check that would otherwise be a human chore, or a 2am incident. Nobody has to know CI/CD: the robot runs the process, you read the result.
Visual mode shows the whole journey as one track. Tap any step to see what it does and what it prevents.

Every step of every case, newest on top. Each line says what just happened in plain English.
Before a fix ships, the robot replays real user flows on the old and new app and sorts every difference: intended (the bug is gone), unintended (something else changed), or flaky (it did not repeat).
Planted-bad, harmless and real-fix merge requests with a known right answer. Second Opinion should block the bad ones and pass the rest.
Every discharged case: where to check it, how long it took, and how many people had to touch it.

One dot per discharged case, oldest on the left. Lower is faster.
